• Disrupt the normal flow of dialogue or otherwise act in a manner that negatively affects other users.
• Solicit login information or access someone else’s account.
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, or resell any portion of the App without permission.

7. Copyright Policy

Alphaved Private Limited respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been infringed, please provide us with the following information:

All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to the software, design, text, and logos, are owned by Alphaved Private Limited or its licensors. The headings used in these Terms of Use are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect. Your use of the App is governed by the laws of India/Gujarat, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use or the App shall be resolved in the courts located in Surat, Gujarat/India, and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of such courts.

These Terms of Use, along with our Privacy Policy and any other agreements or policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Alphaved Private Limited regarding your use of the App. If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any term of these Terms of Use shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.

Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Alphaved Private Limited.

End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Alphaved Private Limited ("Licensor") regarding the use of our mobile application ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with the terms of this EULA, Alphaved Private Limited grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the App on your mobile device for personal, non-commercial use.
